An escape room gives your teams a mission to complete in 60 minutes. To succeed, they have to listen to one another, share out the roles and make quick decisions: exactly what you expect from a successful team building.

Send us your preferred date, the number of participants and the package you have in mind, from your business email address.
Your tailor-made quote
We send you a quote suited to your group and your options. Signing it confirms the booking.
On the day
15 minutes of welcome and briefing, a 60-minute mission, 15 minutes of debriefing: allow 1 hr 30 on site.
And afterwards?
Extend the moment with a buffet dinner or a cocktail reception on site. Payment is made in one go, on the day of the activity.

How many participants can you host?
From 3 to 60 participants at the same time, depending on the venue: up to 60 at Enigma City with the Mega Mission, 30 on avenue de la Gloire (5 rooms) and 18 on rue Bayard (3 rooms). Each team has 3 to 6 players; larger groups play in parallel, in the same time slot.
How much does an escape room team building cost?
€145 incl. VAT per room on avenue de la Gloire and rue Bayard (3 to 6 players), €160 incl. VAT per mission at Enigma City, and €35 excl. VAT per participant for the Mega Mission (25 to 60 participants). Every project gets a tailor-made quote.
How long does the activity last?
Allow 1 hr 30 on site: 15 minutes of welcome and briefing, a 60-minute mission and 15 minutes of debriefing. As time slots are fixed, please arrive on time.
Where does the team building take place?
At one of our 3 venues in Toulouse: Enigma City (201 route de Launaguet, with a private car park), 43 avenue de la Gloire and 34 rue Bayard. All are less than a 10-minute walk from a metro station.
Is the activity suitable for all employees?
Yes: no physical skills or general knowledge are required. Some missions are in basements reached by stairs; for any accessibility needs, please contact us before booking.
Can the team building be run in English?
Yes. Our team welcomes your staff in French or in English, and 9 of our 12 missions are available in English: ideal for international teams.
Can we extend it with a meal or a cocktail reception?
Yes. We can organise a buffet dinner, a welcome cocktail or the private hire of a space on site. These options are priced in your quote.
How do we book and pay?
Booking is by quotation, to be requested from a business email address at enigmaescape@neo-arcadia.com. The signed quotation is binding. Payment is made in one go, no later than the day of the activity; individual payments are not accepted.
